Town of Spooner WASHBURN COUNTY – WISCONSIN December 10, 2024 6pm Spooner Town Hall N6124 Blooming Vale Road, Spooner MINUTES REGULAR BOARD MEETING Call to Order: Meeting was called to order by Chairman Frankiewicz. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Chairman Gary Frankiewicz, Supervisor Jon Johnson, Supervisor Miles Macone, Treasurer Joan Avery, Clerk Leslie Arf Others present: Minutes of September Regular Meeting: Motion to approve: Supervision Johnson, Second Supervisor Macone, motion passed. Treasurer’s Report: Everything is good. Tax bills will go out this month. MM hold extra funds that were not used this year. Correspondence: Updated contract from Holloway Appraisal. Will sign and send in. Public Comments: None Old Business NONE New Business: Caucus will be held right before Jan meeting. Jan 14 6pm Highway Update and Expenditures: Grubbys Tree Service will take care of tree on Spooner Lake Rd. Jesse Kaufmann will plow again this winter. Form for culverts is on the website. Residents must fill this out and contact Jon Payment of Bills: Motion by Supervisor Johnson to approve the payment of bills Second by Macone motion carried unanimously. Next Regular Board Meeting Date: Tuesday Jan 14th 2024 6pm Caucus will begin at 6pm followed by regular board meeting. Future Agenda Items: Revisit Boat Launch Fees Adjourn: Motion by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Macone.
