Minutes Town of New Hope Open Meeting Monday, July 21, 2025 – 6:00 pm North New Hope Church, 845 County Road T North, Amherst Junction, WI Members Present: Chair Todd Knepfel, Supervisor Timm Raddatz, Supervisor Ray Reser Also Present: Clerk Pat Zellmer, Rhonda Fechter 1. Call to order. The Open Meeting for Town of New Hope was called to order by Chair Knepfel at 6:00 pm. 2. Comprehensive Plan Amendment. Discussion ensued regarding a change of the future land use designation for Parcel 026-24-1015-12.13 (Larry and Rhonda Fechter) from A-1 to R2, and designate the remaining lot as an outlot. Reser made a motion to accept the change to the future land use plan and Ordinance 2025-01, seconded by Raddatz. Motion passed 3-0. Ordinance 2025-01 was signed and attested. A copy of this ordinance will be posted on the town website and at both kiosks. a. A letter from Gordon Krogwold, adjacent land owner, in opposition to the change was received and will be posted as correspondence on the website and filed with the minutes. 3. Adjournment. Reser made a motion to adjourn the open meeting, seconded by Raddatz. Motion passed 3:0. The Open Meeting was adjourned at 6:20. published August 21, 2025.
