Town of Spooner WASHBURN COUNTY – WISCONSIN June 13, 2023 6pm Spooner Town Hall N6124 Blooming Vale Road, Spooner MINUTES REGULAR BOARD MEETING Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Gary Frankiewicz. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Chairman Gary Frankiewicz, Supervisor Jon Johnson, Treasurer Joan Avery, Clerk Leslie Arf, Absent Supervisor Miles Macone. Others present: Rick Sekora, Ed Fischer, Rich Meggitt, Steve Degenaar Minutes of May Regular Meeting: Motion by Supervisor Johnson to approve May 2023 minutes, seconded by Chairman Frankiewicz. Motion was carried unanimously. Treasurer’s Report. Treasurer Joan Avery gave financial report, accepted by Supervisor Johnson and seconded by Chairman Frankiewicz Correspondence: NONE Public Comment: Rich Meggitt inquired about port a potty being moved to better location in Town Park Steve Degenaar would like answers regarding Degenaar Road. In dire need of repair Old Business NONE New Business: Liquor Licenses for AAA Sport Shop and Spooner Golf Course were approved. Motion by Chairman Frankiewicz, seconded by Supervisor Johnson Highway Update and Expenditures: None Payment of Bills: Motion by Johnson to approve the payment of bills Second by Frankiewicz motion carried unanimously. Future agenda Items: Future Road Projects Next Regular Board Meeting Date: Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Adjourn: Motion by Supervisor Johnson to adjourn the meeting, motion seconded by Chairman Frankiewicz; motion carried unanimously.
