Roll Call 2. Closed Session It is anticipated the Village Board will convene into closed session for the following reason(s): a. Upon motion made, seconded and adopted by roll call vote, the Village Board will convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; the Village Board will interview candidates for Village Manager individually and consider and discuss those applicants. 3. Reconvene into Open Session The Village Board may reconvene into open session and possibly take action on the matters discussed in closed session. 4.
