VILLAGE OF FOX POINT VILLAGE BOARD MEETING MINUTES OCTOBER 27, 2025 1 A meeting of the Fox Point Village Board and Budget Workshop meeting was held by a combination of in-person and virtual attendance via telephonic and video conferencing on Monday, October 27, 2025 in Schwemer Hall, 7200 N. Santa Monica Boulevard. President Symchych called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. and asked the Village Clerk Treasurer to take roll call. Roll Call of the Village Board present included: Village President Christine Symchych Trustee Greg Ollman Trustee Liz Aelion Trustee Jennie Stoltz Trustee Mark Freedman - Absent Trustee David Miller Trustee Max Barry Also, present are Acting Village Manager/Police Chief Chris Freedy, Assistant Village Manager Kevin Ausman, Public Works Director Scott Brandmeier, Accounting Financial Manager Mary Carthell, Deputy Financial Manager Kestra Neuenschwander and Village Clerk Treasurer Sara Bruckman Notice of the meeting was provided to the North Shore Now and to all others as required by State open meetings laws and posted on the official bulletin board at 7200 N Santa Monica Boulevard, as well as the village website at www.villageoffoxpoint.com, as per 2015 Wisconsin Act 79 and as described in Village Ordinance Chapter 116-2, 116-2(C). Appointment of Sara Bruckman to Village Clerk to serve as a casual part-time employee. Motion by President Symchych, seconded by Trustee Miller, and carried by roll call vote (6-0), to appointment Sara Bruckman to Village Clerk to serve as a casual part-time employee until her final resignation is submitted. Budget Workshop: Review and Discussion of the 2026 Village of Fox Point Proposed Budget Acting Village Manager Chris Freedy presented the Village Manager’s proposed FY 2026 budget. Adjourn On motion of Trustee Ollman, seconded by President Symchych and carried unanimously by roll call vote, (6-0), the Village Board adjourned the Village Board meeting at 7:27 pm Respectfully submitted, Sara A.
