Neal Czaplewski, Chairman Jeff Rice, Supervisor No 1 Steve Swantz, Supervisor No 2 Jason Ketterhagen, Supervisor No 3 Paul Kobernick, Supervisor No 4 Town Board Budget Working Session Agenda 32288 Bushnell Road / Burlington WI 53105 September 29, 2026 Call to order: Roll Call / Verification of Posting At 6:01PM Chairman Neal Czaplewski called to order the working session for the Town of Burlington 2027 Budget. Czaplewski confirmed that the meeting was properly posted. The meeting was held in the auditorium of the town hall located at 32288 Bushnell Road. In attendance: Neal Czaplewski, Jeff Rice, Steve Swantz, and Paul Kobernick. Absentee: Jason Ketterhagen Staff in attendance: Administrator/Treasurer Rachel Naber, Chief Bill Vrchota, Judge Robert Jensen and Court Clerk Julia Coons. Working session for the 2027 budget The board met with department heads, Chief Vrchota for the fire department and Judge Jensen for the court to discuss their proposed budgets for next year. The board also reviewed general town expenses. Adjournment Having no further business to discuss, Swantz motioned to adjourn at 7:29PM; Rice seconded. Motion carried.
