Neal Czaplewski, Chairman Jeff Rice, Supervisor No 1 Steve Swantz, Supervisor No 2 Jason Ketterhagen, Supervisor No 3 Paul Kobernick, Supervisor No 4 Town Board Budget Working Session Minutes 32288 Bushnell Road / Burlington WI 53105 September 8, 2026 Call to order; Roll Call; and Verification of Posting At 6:17PM Chairman Czaplewski called to order the 2027 budget working session of the Town Board. The meeting was held in the auditorium of the town hall at 32288 Bushnell Road. In Attendance: Neal Czaplewski, Jeff Rice, Jason Ketterhagen, Paul Kobernick, and Administrator/Treasurer Rachel Naber. Absent: Steve Swantz The meeting was posted in accordance with Wis Stats 19.84(2). Working session for the 2027 budget The board members began the preparation of the 2027 budget for the Town of Burlington. Naber shared the 2026 YTD balances with the board members and provided a forecast for the end of the year. They scheduled additional working sessions for September 22 nd and September 29th at 6:00PM. Adjournment Rice motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:50PM. The motion was seconded by Kobernick. Motion carried. Approved 2026 October 2026 Jeanne Rennie, Clerk
