UTV/ATV Committee — Minutes

UTV/ATV Committee 32288 Bushnell Rd / Burlington WI 53105 January 26, 2026 Call to order Jason Ketterhagen called the meeting to order at 6:30PM on January 26, 2026. The meeting was held in the auditorium of the Town Hall, 32288 Bushnell Road, Burlington, WI. Everyone in attendance stood and recited the pledge of allegiance. Jason Ketterhagen, Chad Stillman, Jeremy Krusemark, and Dalton Baumeister were in attendance. Dave Ketterhagen, Steve Swantz, and Jake Isaacson were absent. Rachel Naber, town administrator and Neal Czaplewski, Chairman were also in attendance. Approval of meeting minutes from January 12, 2026 Baumeister motioned to approve the minutes of the January 12, 2026, meeting as presented; Stillman seconded the motion. Motion carried. Discussion on UTV/ATV ordinance The committee reviewed the ordinance and discussed possible amendments. They further discussed submitting the proposed ordinance for legal review before presenting it to the board. Naber will send the proposed ordinance to legal for review. The committee will then submit the ordinance to the board for discussion at the February meeting. Discussion on Cost of UTV Road Signs Discussion on Fundraising to Cover Cost: Burlington Conservation Club The committee discussed seeking donations from local businesses for road signs. Adjournment Krusemark motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:07PM. The motion was seconded by Baumeister. Motion carried. Approved 2026 March 31 Jeanne Rennie, Clerk
