UTV/ATV Committee Minutes 32288 Bushnell Rd / Burlington WI 53105 January 12, 2026 Call to order Jason Ketterhagen called the meeting to order at 6:30PM on January 12, 2026. The meeting was held in the auditorium of the Town Hall, 32288 Bushnell Road, Burlington, WI. Everyone in attendance stood and recited the pledge of allegiance. Jason Ketterhagen, Chad Stillman, Jeremy Krusemark, Steve Swantz, Dalton Baumeister, and Jake Isaacson were in attendance. Dave Ketterhagen was absent. Rachel Naber, town administrator was also in attendance. Approval of meeting minutes from December 12, 2025 Isaacson motioned to approve the minutes as presented; Swantz seconded the motion. Motion carried. Discussion on UTV/ATV ordinance The committee began their discussion with information from Racine County, who does not plan to allow ATV/UTV on any county roads. They also reviewed each section of the draft ordinance. The committee also discussed when to present the ordinance to the town board and to the public. The committee will meet on Monday, January 26, 2026, to review the changes to the proposed ordinance. Adjournment Krusemark motioned to adjourn at 7:37PM; Swantz seconded the motion. Motion carried.
