Neal Czaplewski, Chairman Planning & Zoning Committee Larry Lettow November 6, 2025 Keith Nielsen Philip Peterson Joseph Greeter William Korducki James Luedeke 1. Call to order, pledge to the flag and roll call Chairman Czaplewski called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. The meeting was held in the auditorium on the Town Hall, 32288 Bushnell Road, Burlington, WI. All attendees stood and recited the pledge of allegiance. Present were Chairman Neal Czaplewski, Larry Lettow, Joe Greeter, James Luedeke, Keith Nielsen and Administrator Rachel Naber. 2. Verify posting of meeting The affidavit of posting was supplied. 3. Discussion on committee’s future roles and responsibilities Czaplewski led a discussion regarding the Town’s current ordinance, relevant state statutes and the potential future direction of the committee. Naber will review the ordinance and propose changes. 4. Adjournment Luedeke motioned to adjourn at 6:43PM; Greeter seconded the motion. Motion carried.
