Neal Czaplewski, Chairman Jeff Rice, Supervisor No 1 Steve Swantz, Supervisor No 2 Jason Ketterhagen, Supervisor No 3 vacant, Supervisor No 4 Budget Working Session Minutes 32288 Bushnell Road / Burlington WI 53105 October 8, 2025 1. Call to order The working session for the 2026 Budget was called to order by Chairman Czaplewski at 6:00PM. In attendance were Jeff Rice, Steve Swantz, Jason Ketterhagen, Neal Czaplewski, Administrator Rachel Naber, Jake Isaacson, Assistant Fire Chief Devin Chart and Fire Chief Bill Vrchota. Czaplewski confirmed that the meeting was properly posted. 2. Working session for the 2026 budget The board continued to review the proposed budget for 2026. The board discussed the 2026 budgets for the highway and fire departments with the department heads. 3. Adjournment Ketterhagen motioned to adjourn at 7:02PM; Swantz seconded the motion.
