Neal Czaplewski, Chairman Jeff Rice, Supervisor No 1 Steve Swantz, Supervisor No 2 Jason Ketterhagen, Supervisor No 3 Brian Fliss, Supervisor No 4 Budget Working Session Meeting Minutes 32288 Bushnell Road / Burlington WI 53105 September 17, 2025 / 6:00PM _____ Call to order Chairman Czaplewski called the budget planning meeting to order at 6:01PM. The meeting was held in the town hall auditorium at 32288 Bushnell Road, Burlington WI 53105. Neal Czaplewski, Jeff Rice, Steve Swantz, and Jason Ketterhagen were in attendance along with Administrator/Treasurer Rachel Naber. Brian Fliss was not in attendance. The Attest to Posting was provided by the clerk. Working session for the 2026 budget The board began their review of the Town’s budget by examining the income accounts.
