Village of Somers Special Board Meeting October 6, 2026 President Stoner called the meeting to order at 4:30pm President Stoner led the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: President Stoner, Trustees Ben Harbach, Karl Ostby, Jack Aupperle and Trustee Smith. Trustee Nelson was excused . Trustee Fredrick has resigned. Also present: Administrator Jim Hurley, Assistant Administrator Kevin Poirier, Clerk/Treasurer Wendy Burnette and Chief Andersen. Citizen Comments None Correspondence: None Action on Resolution 2026-021, a resolution establishing a special charge for recycling services for calendar year 2026. Trustee Ostby moved to approve Resolution 2026-021, a resolution establishing a special charge for recycling services for calendar year 2026. Trustee Smith seconded Motioned carried. 5-0 vote Adjourn Trustee Harbach moved to Adjourn at 5:46 pm. Seconded by Trustee Ostby.
