Plan Commission Notice and Agenda The Town of New Hope Plan Commission hereby provides this written notice and agenda for a public meeting of the Plan Commission to be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at North New Hope Church, 845 County Road T North, Amherst Junction, Wisconsin. The Town Clerk has provided communication of this meeting to the Town’s website and kiosks at Sunset Lake and North New Hope Church. The public may provide comments to the Plan Commission where noted on the agenda and upon recognition by the Plan Commission chairperson. Agenda 1. Call to order . 2. Roll call and verification of quorum. 3. Certification of compliance with public notice requirements. 4. Approval of agenda. 5. Approval of minutes from December 11, 2024 and January 21, 2025 Plan Commission meetings. 6. Public comments. 7. Review site plan for proposed rezoning of a non-compliant lot: The request is to change the Future Land Use Map to rezone the 0.22-acre included in parcel 026-24-1015-12.13 from A1 (Exclusive Ag) to R2 (Single Family Residence) located on Taylor Road. The remaining lot would be designated an undevelopable outlot. (Parcel # 026-24-1015-12.13, Larry and Rhonda Fechter, owners/applicants). 8. Discuss planning staff recommendations for revisions to the comprehensive plan. 9. Recommendation to the Town Board regarding rezoning request. 10. Set time, date and agenda for the next meeting. 11. Adjourn. Note: Members of the New Hope Town Board and members of other public bodies may attend this meeting to gather information and participate in discussion. However, no official action will be taken by these bodies.
