Consideration of a motion to approve Plan Commission Minutes from April 22, 2026. Motion by Skinner to approve Plan Commission minutes from April 22, 2026 meeting, seconded by Richter. Motion carried by voice vote, all in favor. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Adoption of a New Plan Commission Application Form and Review Process Motion by Skinner, to approve a new form for Plan Commission: Design Review Decision Acknowledgement Form, seconded by Busse. Motion carried by voice vote, all in favor. Public Hearing regarding a Conditional Use Permit for Dion Romano, Parcel 85-4-119-211- 1100 Motion by Skinner, open the public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for Dion Romano, seconded by Busse. Motion carried by voice vote, all in favor.
