CALL TO ORDER / PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE / ROLL CALL President Skinner called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Trustees Barbara Andres, Jim Baxa, Kevin Fitzgerald, Aaron Karow, Bob Livingston, Ken Perl, and President Howard Skinner. Also Present: Administrator Laura Jager, Attorney Chris Geary, and Clerk Sabrina Waswo. CLOSED SESSION Skinner/Fitzgerald motion to go into closed session, under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(f), “considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations,” regarding On The Go Bar and Grill alcohol license renewal. Roll Call: Trustees Barbara Andres, Jim Baxa, Kevin Fitzgerald, Aaron Karow, Bob Livingston, Ken Perl, President Skinner. Motion carried 7-0 at 5:01 p.m. OPEN SESSION Skinner/Andres motion to return to open session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(2). Motion carried 7-0 to return to open session at 6:16 p.m. No action was taken in closed session. ADJOURN Skinner/Fitzgerald motion to adjourn at 6:16 p.m. Motion carried 7-0.
