Special Session Paris Town Board Meeting Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 3:30 pm Notice is hereby given that the Town Board for the Town of Paris will convene on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 3;30 p.m., at the Paris Town Hall, 16607 Burlington Road, Union Grove, Wisconsin, for the purpose of the following: 1. Roll call.  2. Board may consider a motion to go into closed session, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c), for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically pertaining to the fire/rescue chief annual performance review and compensation consideration.  3. Board may consider a motion to go into closed session, pursuant to sec. 19.85 (1)(e), to discuss Town’s negotiation posture and strategy for discussions as to a clarification of the intergovernmental agreement regarding shared revenues with the Village of Somers within the Somers Growth Area where competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. 4. Reconvene into open session and take action, if any, as to the matters discussed in closed session(s) if closed session is held.  5.
