Colony Ave., Union Grove WI 53182-9695 (Agent), requesting an  amendment to the Adopted Land Use Plan map for Kenosha county: 2035 (map 65 of the comprehensive plan)  from “Farmland Protection” to “Farmland Protection” & “Rural-Density Residential” on Tax Parcel #45-4-221-052-0300, located in the northwest ¼ of Section 5, T2N, R21E, Town of  Paris . Possible request for an extension and a response to the Bureau of Indian Affairs letter requesting written comments on any perceived impacts on the Town if the proposed casino is developed in the City of Kenosha.
