Plan Commission Updates: Chairman Jeff Badtke 11.  Presentation:  Invenergy – Daniel Birmingham.  Information on the proposed 1,210 MW gas fired                                     generation plant that would be located in the Somers growth area, on the west frontage road, north of Hwy 142. 12.  Town Business: Tabled consideration of acceptance of final MWFN fiber project and authorize last payment. Tabled consideration and possible action on proposal for financial planning for future town capital expenditures. Tabled discussion on bidding process for proposed joint repaving of 9 th Street with Brighton. Review and acceptance of snow plowing contract extension Possible action on Microsoft software licenses for the town.  This is to move on from the accounts formally managed by Great Lakes IT. Possible action on authorizing the Town Clerk/Treasurer to take actions necessary to clear old outstanding checks that have never been cashed by the recipients. Consideration of 2 year Liquor Operators licenses for Samantha Gyger, David Domash and Matthew Guillien, and Jacob Jensen to expire on June 30, 2027 Discussion on lawn mowing and equipment needs – Town hall, cemeteries, authorizing bidding process, etc. Set date for December 2025 Town Board meeting               13.  Discussion/Updates: Pheasant Run operation updates – Mike Buxbaum Fire/Rescue building renovation/expansion project/training center WEC R.I.C.E. power plant updates Internet updates – Spectrum, Mid-West Fiber projects OneEnergy solar project updates Proposed natural gas line project through the Town               14.  Upcoming meetings and events:        Plan Commission meeting – December 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.        Town Board Meeting- December meeting to be determined        15.
