Town Business: Continued discussion and consideration of retaining new IT support for Town Hall. Possible action on the following Bartender Licenses: Hope Howell – One-year operator’s license expiring 6/30/2026 Gary Kozlowski – Two-year operator’s license expiring 6/30/2027 Confirmation of specification change order for the contract for replacement of the concrete approach for the fire department equipment bays. Consideration and possible action on the purchase of an enclosed trailer for brush fire rig. Consideration and possible action on acquiring a flash over simulator and portable office trailer for Fire/Rescue training grounds. Preliminary planning discussion for the rebuilding of 172 nd Ave. Consideration of updating/revising Paris Town Ordinance 3.2 – fees for liquor licenses. Consideration of adoption of Ordinance 2025-02: Record Retention of Documents by the Town. Continued discussion on financial planning for future town capital expenditures, retention of advisor. Preliminary discussion on proposal from Bristol-Paris Cemetery Association to turn the cemetery and its assets over to Town control per Wisconsin State Statutes. Consideration of a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Wisconsin Energy Corporation and the Town of Paris regarding the construction and operation of the Public Service Commission approved R.I.C.E. electric generating plant.               Discussion/Updates: Pheasant Run operation updates – Mike Buxbaum Hwy KR resurfacing project WEC R.I.C.E. power plant updates Internet updates – Spectrum, Mid-West Fiber projects Paris Solar project updates/ Battery storage project OneEnergy solar project updates Engineering plan for a proposed gas fired peaker plant by Invenergy in the I-94 Growth Area.
