Review and possible approval of the Master Services Agreement with SEH to proceed to the 30% Schematic Design Level for Fire Station remodel/expansion in the amount of $185,585.00 Possible action on the following liquor license: Request for the issuance of an AB-105 (Producer Full-Service Retail Sales License) for Anchor Stillhouse Holdings LLC – Tammie Begotka – Agent; for an event to be held at County Line Hall, 103 200 th Ave in the Town of Paris on October 18, 2025.   Continued discussion on financial planning for future town capital expenditures, retention of advisor. Consideration of a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Wisconsin Energy Corporation and the Town of Paris with regard to the construction and operation of the Public Service Commission approved R.I.C.E. electric generating plant.
