Paris Town Board Workshop and Special Session

Workshop Session Paris Town Board Meeting Monday, June 16, 2025, at 2:00 pm Special session of Town Board immediately following the Workshop Notice is hereby given that some or all members of the Town Board for the Town of Paris will convene on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Paris Town Hall, 16607 Burlington Road, Union Grove, Wisconsin, for the purpose of the following: Meet with representatives from Rasch Construction for a pre-construction coordination meeting.  Rasch Construction was the successful bidder to replace the concrete approach on the north side of the Fire/Rescue department building. A quorum of the board may be present at this workshop. The Town engineer will be in attendance.  The purpose of the meeting is to coordinate the removal of the existing approach and its replacement while maintaining day to day operations of the Fire/Rescue department. No business or deliberations of the board will take place during the workshop.  This is for coordination purposes only. Special Session: Upon the close of the workshop: Special Session of the Paris Town Board Call to order Roll call Discussion on scope of design work to rebuild 172 nd Ave in 2026. Consideration of temporary extension of operation hours for Waste Management to allow hauling of soil for daily cover and cap. Consideration of proposal to treat lawns at the Town hall for weeds.
