Special Town Board Meeting — Agenda

TAKE NOTICE the Town Board will meet in Special Town Board session at the Randall Town Hall 34530 Bassett Road, Bassett, WI on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Amended Agenda 1. Meeting called to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Business: Town Board item(s) a. Discussion and possible action regarding engaging the Town Attorney regarding an impersonation of a DOJ official in phone calls to the Town and the Town Chair, and regarding rescinding any prior action taken to have another municipality assist with this matter. b. The Board will now consider a motion on whether or not to conduct a Closed Session, and if said motion is adopted, then to hold a Closed Session immediately after approval of said motion: Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, all pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c). 4.Subsequent Open Session: The Town Board shall then reconvene into open session, immediately after the closed session or may not take action on any matters discussed in the closed session. 5. Other Business allowed by law 6. Adjourn The Town Board reserves the right to take agenda items out of sequence. There may be a quorum of other Committees of the Town of Randall present for the purpose of collecting information only.
