TAKE NOTICE the Board of Review will meet at the Randall Town Hall 34530 Bassett Road, Bassett, WI on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 10:00am Agenda 1. Meeting called to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approval of minutes of May 27, 2026, Board of Review meeting. 4. Receipt of the assessment roll by the Clerk from the Assessor. 5. Receive the Assessment Roll and Sworn Statements. 6. Review the Assessment Roll and perform statutory duties: a. Examine the Roll. b. Correct description or calculation errors. c. Add omitted property. d. Eliminate double-assessed property. 7. Discussion/Action - Certify all correction(s) of any error(s), under state law (Wis. Stat. § 70.43). 8. Discussion/Action: Verify with the Assessor that open-book changes are included in the assessment roll. 9. Allow taxpayers to examine assessment data. 10. During the first two hours, review and consider: a. Review Notices of Intent to File Objection. b. Review filed objections to Real Property Assessment. c. Waivers of the required 48-hour notice of intent to file an objection when there is good cause. d. Review requests for waiver of Board of Review hearing allowing the property owner to appeal directly to Circuit Court. e. Any filed request to testify by Telephone or submit a sworn written statement at the Board of Review. f. Act on any other legally allowed/required Board of Review matter. 11. Proceed to hear objections, if any, and if proper notice/waivers are given unless scheduled for another date. 12. Consider/Act on scheduling additional Board of Review date(s). 13. Adjournment (to a future date if necessary). The Town Hall is handicapped accessible.
