Plan Commission Open Working Meeting — Minutes

April 29, 2026 Present were Plan Commission Chairman Sweinberg, Plan Commission member DeMoon, Plan Commission member Bailitz, Plan Commission member Hughes, and Plan Commission member Blakeman 1. The meeting was called to order by Plan Commission Chairman Ken Sweinberg at 6:00 p.m. 2. Plan Commission Chairman Sweinberg led those present with the Pledge of Allegiance. Plan Board item(s): a. Discussion and consideration of proposed ordinance regarding short term rentals. The commission discussed a previous draft of a Short-Term Rental Ordinance and marked it up to clarify wording and remove contentious language. Plan Commission member DeMoon made a Motion to present the edited document to the Town board for approval to be sent to the Town Attorney for Legal Review. Plan Commission member Hughes seconded the Motion. All Ayes. Motion carried. 3. Adjourn: A motion by Commission member Bailitz to adjourn. Plan Commission member Hughes seconded the motion.
