Present were Mark Nordigian, Julie Horbach, George Bailitz, Sue Hughes, David Soderman,
Callie Rucker – Ken Sweinberg and Pat DeMoon
Excused: Roxanne Johnson
1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nordigian at 5:00 p.m.
2. Chairman Nordigian led those present with the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Chairman Nordigian discussed when an Attorney is needed and the experience providing legal
services to a municipality or local government. Discussion followed, Supervisor Hughes will
work with Supervisor Horbach to create an RFP to be shared with the board.
4. A motion by Supervisor Bailitz and seconded by Supervisor Hughes to adjourn the meeting was
adjourned at 5:37 p.m. Motion carried.
