TAKE NOTICE the Town Board and the Plan Commission will meet in open session at the Randall Town Hall 34530 Bassett Road, Bassett, WI on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Meeting called to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Business: Plan Commission item(s): a. Nondomestic animal ordinance. Discussion, consideration, and action if any. 4. Citizen Comments Please be advised per WI State Statute 19.84(2), the Town Board may receive information from the Public. It is the policy of this municipality that there will be a three(3)minute time period, per person, with a possible extension per the Chairperson discretion. Be further advised after the public comments are completed, there will be no comments or questions from the Plan Commission regarding the comments made, nor will there be any action taken by the Plan Commission under Citizen Comments. 5. Samuel Schaal & Holly Blahnik, 9224 391st Ave., Genoa City, WI 53128 (Owner), requesting an amendment of Jefferson Bay Colony (Plat) No. 3531 via an “Affidavit of Correction”, received by Planning & Development June 2, 2025 and drafted by Aaron T. Friess of Nielsen Madsen + Barber Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors, to relocate the previously platted Public Drainage Easement on Lot 7 of Jefferson Bay Colony (Plat) No. 3531, being Tax Parcel #60-4-119-184-1845, located in the SE ¼ of Section 18, T1N, R19E, Town of Randall.
