Pursuant to Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is here by given to Owners and residents of the Lilly lake Protection & Rehabilitation District, the Public, Kenosha News and Westosha Report PUBLIC NOTICE Annual Meeting of the Of the Lilly Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 9:30AM Wheatland Town Hall, 34315 Geneva Rd, New Munster, WI 53182 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The Fiftieth Annual Meeting of the Lilly Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District, a public inland lake protection and rehabilitation district, will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 9:30AM at the Wheatland Town Hall, New Munster, Wisconsin to consider and act on the following: 1. Call to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Verification of public notice 4. Approval of minutes a. September 7, 2024 (Annual Meeting) 5. Public comments and questions from residents of the district and other persons present. Introduction of guests. (Please be advised per State Section 19.84(2), information will be received from the public and there may be limited discussion on the information received. How ever no action will be taken under public comments. Please limit comments to no more than 3 minutes.) 6. Old Business a. Fish Stocking approved at 2025 annual meeting update b. Loan for outlet – final payment for initial loan completed in 2025 c. 2nd loan for outlet – 2026 payment remaining is $7,192.92 7. Reports a. Lilly Lake Plant Management Report b. DNR 65%-funded Surface Water Grant to control the hybrid Eurasian Watermilfoil c. Lake water level readings and monitoring water quality and clarity d. Newsletter 8. Financial report 9. Presentation of proposed budget for 2026 10. Approval of the 2026 budget 11. Approval of the 2025 tax levy 12. Set Annual meeting date for 2026 (August 1, 2026) 13. Adjournment.
