JOINT REVIEW BOARD
VILLAGE OF SLINGER
TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NO. 4,
TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NO. 8,
AND
ANNUAL TID UPDATE MEETING
July 16, 2025 at 1:00 PM
The meeting will be held at the Slinger Village Hall, located at 300 Slinger Rd.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Appointments (as needed):
a. Public member.
b. Chairperson.
4. Review responsibilities of the Joint Review Board.
5. Review and discuss draft Project Plan Amendment for Tax Incremental District No. 4.
6. Review and discuss draft Project Plan Amendment for Tax Incremental District No. 8.
7. Review Annual PE -300 Reports and the performance and status of the Village’s active
Tax Incremental Districts as required by Wis. Stat. § 66.1105(4m)(f).
8. Set next meeting date to consider approval of the TIDs.
9. Adjourn.
