2025 CDBG Program Notice

CITY OF NEENAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2025 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM PROPOSED USE OF FUNDS / ANNUAL ACTION PLAN / CONSOLIDATED PLAN The City of Neenah has drafted the 2025 Annual Action Plan and Consolidated Plan, which includes a program of activities to be funded by the 2025 Community Development Block Grant to address the priority needs and objectives identified in the Consolidated Plan. Members of the public are invited to comment in writing by March 24, 2025 on the Annual Action Plan, Consolidated Plan and proposed use of funds, and/or to comment at a public hearing scheduled for March 4, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. in the Hauser Committee Room #120, City Administration Building, or to comment at the Common Council public hearing to be held March 19, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Administration Building, 211 Walnut Street, Neenah. A copy of the proposed plan is available for review at the Department of Community Development, Room 313, in the City Administration Building, 211 Walnut Street, Neenah, or online under Community Development Block Grant at https://www.ci.neenah.wi.us/departments/community-development/block-grants/. Goals, objectives, and activities proposed to be funded include those supporting public services, blight elimination, redevelopment, housing, economic development, and planning and administration. Members of the public are encouraged to attend one or both of the public hearings scheduled for March 4 and March 19, 2025.
