2023 CDBG Program Notice

CITY OF NEENAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2023 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM PROPOSED USE OF FUNDS / ANNUAL ACTION PLAN The City of Neenah has drafted the 2023 Annual Action Plan, which includes a program of activities to be funded by the 2023 Community Development Block Grant to address the priority needs and objectives identified in the Five-Year Consolidated Plan. Members of the public are invited to comment in writing by March 27, 2023 on the Annual Action Plan and proposed use of funds, and/or to comment at a public hearing scheduled for March 13, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. virtually or in the Hauser Committee Room #120, City Administration Building, or to comment at the Common Council public hearing to be held March 15, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Administration Building, 211 Walnut Street, Neenah. The March 13, 2023 hearing will occur at a virtual location accessed by computer or conference call and in the Hauser Committee Room #120. A copy of the proposed plan is available for review at the Department of Community Development, Room 313, in the City Administration Building, 211 Walnut Street, Neenah, or online under Community Development Block Grant at https://www.ci.neenah.wi.us/departments/community-development/block-grants/. Goals, objectives, and activities proposed to be funded include those supporting public services, blight elimination, redevelopment, housing, economic development, and planning and administration. Members of the public are encouraged to attend one or both of the public hearings scheduled for March 13 and March 15, 2023.
