Special Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF BARABOO MINUTES of the Special Town Board Meeting September 14, 2026 Call Meeting to Order: Meeting was called to order by Chair, Bill Klemm at 5:30PM. Clerk Jennifer Roloff verified compliance with Wisconsin’s open meetings laws. Reference Wis. Stat. § 19.84. Roll Call: Roll call of the town’s elected officials taken. Present were: Chair, Bill Klemm; Supervisors: Randy Puttkamer, Mike Terry, Bill Steinhorst, & Treasurer, Mary Farrell-Stieve. Absent: Steven Hess Approve Agenda: Motion (Puttkamer/Terry) to adopt meeting agenda. All in Favor. Motion carried. Citizens’ appearance: any person wishing to speak about a subject that is not on this agenda may make a short presentation to the town board. Please keep the presentation respectable and concise. Questions on Pikes Peak Road from Residents/Engineer : Presentation given by Brad Boettcher with General Engineering Pikes Peak Road Steps to Move Forward : Motion (Terry/Steinhorst) to approve directing staff and contractors to move forward with necessary steps regarding Assessors Plat Map. All in Favor. Roll Call Vote (Yes – 4, No – 0, Absent – 1). Motion Carried. Motion (Puttkamer/Steinhorst) to adjourn meeting at 6:54 PM. All in Favor. Motion carried.
