Meeting was called to order by Chair, Bill Klemm at 6:00 PM and Clerk, Jennifer Roloff verified compliance with Wisconsin’s open meetings laws. 2. Roll call taken of the town’s elected officials. Present were Chair, Bill Klemm, Supervisors: Puttkamer, Steinhorst, Terry; Treasurer, Mary Farrell-Stieve. 3. Motion (Puttkamer/Steinhorst) to approve DL Gasser bid in the amount of $131,430.34 for Gracier Drive . All in favor. Motion carried. 4. Motion (Puttkamer/Terry) to approve DL Gasser bid in the amount of $175,429.66 for Gall Road. Allin favor. Motion Carried. 5. Motion (Puttkamer/Steinhorst) to approve DL Gasser bid in the amount of $27,038.54 for Town Hall Parking Lot. All in favor. Motion Carried. 6. Motion (Puttkamer/Steinhorst) to approve the time and material bid by JRB Enterprises for Town Hall Parking lot work. All in Favor. Motion Carried. 7.
