NOTICE TOWN OF BARABOO PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Public Notice is hereby given that the Town of Baraboo Plan Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, December 4, 2025, at 6:15 pm at Baraboo Town Hall, 101 Cedar Street, West Baraboo, WI 53913. AGENDA 1. Call meeting to order and verify compliance with Open Meeting Law. 2. Introduce Plan Commission Members. Steve Hess, Pat Sprecher, Randy Puttkamer, Al Stanek, Lea Ann Gieck, and Town Clerk Morgan Olson . 3. Adopt the agenda for this meeting. 4. Adopt the minutes of the October 7, 2024 meeting. 5. Citizens’ Appearance on Non-Agenda Topics. The Commission will not take action on any of these topics at this meeting. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding CUP approval for David Mitchell to operate a Tourist Rooming house on tax parcel 002-0350-31000, located at S5655 Old Lake Road, Baraboo, WI. Previous move to duplex is not moving forward 7. Discussion and possible action regarding CUP approval for David Mitchell to operate a Tourist Rooming house on tax parcel 002-0350-30000., located at S5667 Old Lake Road, Baraboo, WI. Previous move to duplex is not moving forward 8. Discussion only regarding Certified Survey for and road vacation for Mark and Kathy McCarthy (Matthew Fillus), tax parcel 002-1219-00000 and 002-1220-00000, located S5833 Lakewood Park Road Baraboo, WI. Town will be discussing vacating a portion of the road right of way in an upcoming meeting 9. Discussion and possible action regarding Rezoning for Deppe Enterprises Inc, tax parcel 002-0748-00000, located southeast quadrant Elizabeth street and City View Road Baraboo, WI. from Agricultural to Single Family Residential. 10. Communications and updates. 11. Set the date for the next meetings. 12. Adjournment. A quorum of the Town Board of the Town of Baraboo may attend this meeting to gather information about a subject the Town Board has a decision-making responsibility.
