MINUTES OF SPECIAL TOWN ELECTORS MEETING Date February 9, 2026
1. Meeting was called to order at 6PM by Chair, Bill Klemm. 2. Deputy Clerk, Barbara A. Terry verified compliance of Open meeting
laws.
3. Discussion was given as to the necessity on going from an elected clerk
position
(vacated)
to
an
appointed
(hired)
position.
4. Motion made by Mike Terry to go from an elected clerk position to an
appointed
(hired)
position.
