STATE OF WISCONSIN SAUK COUNTY TOWN OF BARABOO Public notice is hereby given that the Town of Baraboo Town Board will hold their regularly scheduled monthly town board meeting on: Monday, February 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Town of Baraboo Town Hall, located at 101 Cedar Street, Baraboo, WI, 53913. AGENDA 1. Call the meeting to order and verify compliance with Wisconsin’s open meetings laws. 2. Take a roll call of the town’s elected officials. 3. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Discussion and possible action in regards to adoption of this meeting’s agenda. 5. Discussion and possible action in regards to approval of the minutes of the regular town board meeting held on January 12, 2026. 6. Citizens’ appearance; any person wishing to speak about a subject that is not on this agenda may make a short presentation to the town board. Please keep the presentation respectable and concise. 7. Discussion and possible action on approval of a CSM for Jezy Maj on tax parcel 002-1387-00000 and 002-1386-00000. (Approved at Plan Comm. Mtg. 2/2/26). File was complete & in Plan Comm. Discussion and possible action on Petition to Re-Zone for Little Society Farm/Brad Wissmueller & Eleanor Johnson State Road 136 parcel #002-0318-10000 from Agriculture to Rec-Commercial.(Approved at Plan Comm. Discussion and possible action on renewal of Special Exception Permit for the (Heimlich Property) Milestone Fox Ridge Plant to continue operation of a non-metallic mining site, one acre or greater and a Non -Metallic Mining Reclamation Permit. Tax Parcels 002-0682-00000; 002-0683-00000 & 002-0685-00000 owned by Mathy Construction Company. 10. Discussion and possible action regarding MSA project nearby South Shore Rd. Town of Baraboo. 11. Discussion and possible action in regards to formal input regarding the proposed amendments to Chapter 7 of Sauk County’s Code of Ordinances. 12. Discussion and possible action for town board to approve Resolutions #2026-03 To Appoint the Comprehensive Plan Committee for the Town of Baraboo. (Approved at Plan Comm. 2-2-26) & Resolution # 2026-04 Adopting Public Participation Plan & Procedures for Amending the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Baraboo (Approved at the Plan Comm.2-2-26). 13. Discussion and possible action on Resolution to change from Elected Clerk to Appointed Clerk position. 14.
