STATE OF WISCONSIN SAUK COUNTY TOWN OF BARABOO Public notice is hereby given that the Town of Baraboo Town Board will hold their regularly scheduled monthly town board meeting on: Monday, November 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Town of Baraboo Town Hall, located at 101 Cedar Street, Baraboo, WI, 53913. AGENDA 1. Call the meeting to order and verify compliance with Wisconsin’s open meetings laws. Reference Wis. Stat. § 19.84. 2. Take a roll call of the town’s elected officials. 3. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Discussion and possible action in regards to adoption of this meeting’s agenda. 5. Discussion and possible action in regards to approval of the minutes of the regular town board meeting held on October 20, 2025. 6. Citizens’ appearance; any person wishing to speak about a subject that is not on this agenda may make a short presentation to the town board. Please keep the presentation respectable and concise. 7. Discussion and possible action in regards to guidance to General Engineering Company regarding desired specifications of the highway to aid in completing the assessor’s plat to create a map and legal description for altering Pike’s Peak Road. 8. Discussion and possible action in regards to approval of a Certified Survey Map application to combine two lots from owners Jerzy & Anna Maj on tax parcels 002-1386-00000 and 002-1387-00000, located adjacent to Whispering Pines Drive. 9. Discussion and possible action in regards to approval of a Certified Survey Map application from owners Bradley Wissmueller & Eleanor Johnson of Little Society Farm, LLC on tax parcel 002-0318-10000, located at E11540 State Road 136. 10. Discussion and possible action in regards to approval of a Rezone Application from Single-Family Residential to Agriculture from owners Marcus & Brittney Mitchell on tax parcel 002-0820-11200, located at S4209 Fox Hill Road. 11. Discussion and possible action in regards to formal input regarding the proposed amendments to Chapter 7 of Sauk County’s Code of Ordinances. 12. Discussion and possible action in regards to budgeting for a deputy clerk/treasurer. 13. Discussion and possible action in regards to proposals for cleaning the town hall. 14. Discussion and possible action in regards to exploring possible alternatives for website administration. 15. Discussion and possible action in regards to replacing a culvert on Forest Drive after a recommendation for replacement during inspection for the 6’ – 20’ Bridge Inspection Program. 16. Discussion and possible action in regards to appointment of a qualified resident to the Sanitary Sewer District to fill the vacant seat of resigned term holder Steve Sinnott. 17.
