Village of Prairie du Sac Plan Commission Meeting Prairie du Sac Village Hall 335 Galena Street Monday, November 1, 2021 1. Call to Order. President Cheryl Sherman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. Roll Call. Commission Members present: Abby Dinger-Zach, Pat Russell, Cheryl Sherman, Dale Kowalski, Jon Sandeman, and Jim Witecha. Also present: Village Administrator Alan Wildman, Public Works Director Troy Murphy, and Clerk/Treasurer Niki Conway. Also present virtually Village Planner Mark Roffers and Culver Community Park Designer Blake Theisen. Paukner Excused. 3. Public Notice of Agenda, deletions/corrections – (Dinger-Zach/Kowalski) moved to approve the agenda. Motion Carried. 4. Presentation of Minutes a. October 4, 2021 – (Witecha/Russell) moved to approve minutes with correction of Abby being excused to absent. Motion Carried. 5. Public Comments (Limited to 3 minutes) – None. 6. Communications – None. 7. Action Items – a. Consider Annexation Petition – Parcel #028-0019-00000, S9802 US Why 12 - (Dinger-Zach/Witecha) moved to approve. Motion Carried. b. Consider Site Plan Approval – Culver Community Park, Parcels 172-1107-10000, 172-1107-20000 and 172-1107- 30000, 21st Street – Kowalski wants to recognize all parties involved. Marietta states that the committee meets every 2 weeks with engineer, village staff, etc and Wildman shares all with the Commission and Board. (Sandeman/Russell) moved to approve site plan with Roffers’ comments dated October 27, 2021. Motion Carried 8. Discussion Items – None. 9.
