MEETING OF THE HOUSING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON November 27, 2023 Upon giving proper notice pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats., and certifying compliance with the open meetings law, the Housing and Property Maintenance Committee meeting was called to order on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 12:45 P.M. in the Kay C Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South. Present were Trustees Cary Brandt and Les Bremer, and Marije Ajvazi. Also in attendance were Jeremy Peach, Assistant Zoning Administrator and Village President John Webb. Motion by Bremer, seconded by Ajvazi, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. A motion was made by Bremer, seconded by Ajvazi to approve the Initial Class A-PM permit applications expiring 9/30/2024 for Property Manager - Destination Dells, LLC for Deanna Wenzel at 250 East Hiawatha Drive (2022-2023 was individual Class A). Motion carried. A motion was made by Bremer, seconded by Ajvazi to approve the Initial Class A-PM permit application expiring 9/30/2024 for Property Manager - Anderson Management LLC – Ben Anderson for Mike & Sandy Muehlbauer at 530 E Hiawatha Dr #106. Motion carried. A motion was made by Ajvazi, seconded by Bremer, to approve the Initial Class B permit application expiring 9/30/2024 for Michelle Pihlaja-Olson at 492 Blass Lake Rd (2022-2023 was Class B Permit with Property Manager CDFS, Fun Stays Inc). There were no other matters authorized by law or items to be considered at future meetings. Motion to adjourn by Bremer, second by Brandt. Motion carried.
