ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE MINUTES Monday, July 6, 2026 at 6:30 PM First Floor Conference Rooms 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI A. CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order by Chairperson Hale at 7:34pm. B. ROLL CALL Present: Alds. Rand, Eisenach, Hale, Perkins, Lewis, Marshall, Grade Absent: Ald. School Also Present: FD Sassman, DPW Merten, CDD Dane, DC Hanchek, CA Struve, Mayor Hammond, Clerk Snyder C. MINUTES TO APPROVE 1. Administration Committee, 6/1/26 Motion by District 2 Alderperson Eisenach seconded by District 7 Alderperson Grade to approve as amended. Motion carried on voice vote. District 3 Alderperson Hale offered a friendly amendment to the June 1, 2026 Administration Committee minutes. Specifically, the chairperson is listed inaccurately. D. DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS 1. Update to Strong Neighborhoods Program - Proposed Motion by District 2 Alderperson Eisenach, seconded by District 6 Alderperson Marshall to approve. Motion carried 7-0 on roll call. Staff advised on specifics around the property acquisition provisions of the Strong Neighborhoods program. These changes reflect recent updates to related manuals, as approved by the Common Council. Changes additionally incentivize housing development. E. ADJOURNMENT Motion by District 2 Alderperson Eisenach seconded by District 6 Alderperson Marshall to adjourn the Administration Committee meeting at 7:39pm. Motion carried on voice vote.
