Village of Wyocena Personnel Committee Meeting Minutes Date: 3/30/2026 Location: Village of Wyocena Community Center Start Time: 4:00 p.m. 1. Roll Call Present: Rebecca Sersch, Kim Bauer, Doug Rose Absent: Others Present: Interviewees – Kyle Terhall, Dawn Felton, Ronda Bobiak, and Brianna Kuhn 2. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Kim Baur 3. Interview’s A. 4:00pm – Kyle Terhall – Utility Worker • Recommendation – Hire Kyle Terhall at $27.00 – with opportunity to received $.50 per license he obtains – Equaling $28.00. Start Date – ASAP B. 4:45pm – Dawn Felton – Village Clerk/Treasurer • Recommendation – Hire Dawn Felton at $27.00 per hourly change to hourly rate for Village Clerk/Treasurer – Working 30 hours per week. She will not be using our health insurance. C. 5:30pm – Ronda Bobiak – Deputy Village Clerk/Treasurer • Recommendation – Hire Ronda Bobiak at $22.00 per hour for 20 hours per week. D. 6:00pm – Brianna Kuhn – Deputy Village Clerk/Treasurer • We will not be offering Brianna a position in Wyocena at this time. 4. Next Meeting – TBD – AS needed 5.
