ROLL CALL: Rochelle Frank, Paul Hase, Matthew Massey, Chad Channel, Jeff Hettinga, and Jason
Gruenberg.
Also present: Darin Pagel, Village Interim Zoning Administrator, Jim Kurszewski, VanderWaal
Law, and Tiffany Samuels, Nsight joined by Teams.
Motion by Rochelle Frank/Paul Hase to approve 06/01/2026 meeting minutes. Carried.
Request for Petition for Conditional Use Permit from Nsight Wireless to co-locate, add/remove
equipment on an existing tower, and become a new tenant on the existing tower. Tower is

Darin Pagel explained that according to the previous zoning administrator, his own review, and

Nsight Wireless to co-locate at the 6333 Rainbow Drive tower pending a health survey. Carried.
