2026 06 01 Plan Commission minutes

Village of Maine Plan Commission Monday, June 1, 2026 Village Hall President Hase called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was said. Interim Clerk Heindl verified that all open meeting requirements have been satisfied. ROLL CALL: Ed Bohte, Rochelle Frank, Judith Hase, Paul Hase, Matthew Massey, and Dave Saindon. Also Present: Interim Clerk Jamie Heindl. Request to Rezone Parcel ID 146-2907-151-0982: no objections from neighbors. Motion by Paul Hase/Rochelle Frank to approve rezoning parcel ID 146-2907-151-0982 from B2 General Commercial to R1 Single Family Residential. Carried. Motion by Paul Hase/Dave Saindon to approve the minor land division for Parcel ID 146-2907-084- 0985. Carried. Motion by Paul Hayes/Rochelle Frank to approve the minor land division for Parcel ID 146-2907-201- 0999. Carried. Motion by Dave Saindon/Ed Bohte to adjourn at 5:42 p.m.
