APRIL 2026 MINUTES Note: These are the proposed Minutes that will be approved at the next Board Meeting. Regular Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6pm Central WI Electric Coop Call to Order : Chairman Oksuita called the meeting to order at 6:00p.m. Roll Call : Chairman Oksuita, Supervisor Wierzba-phone attendance, Supervisor Zakrzewski, Tracy Glodowski. Also present: Larry Kosmalski, Joe Kaminski Informal Public Comment Time : None. Public Requests for Consideration : None. Approval of the March Meeting Minutes : Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Oksuita to approve the minutes from March 3, 2026. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Approval of Payment of Bills : Financial report was presented. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve payment of the bills as presented. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Open Book & Board of Review Dates : Open Book will be held Tuesday, April 28th from 9-11am at the Town of Alban Storage Facility and Todd Pauls will be available by phone. Board of Review will be Tuesday, May 5th from 4-6pm at the Town of Alban Storage Facility. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve dates as discussed. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Hourly Rate for Elected Officer-Owned Equipment : Chairman Oksuita used his backhoe to help with clean up from the ice storm damage. Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Wierzba to approve rate of $100/hr for elected officer-owned equipment. Ayes: 2 Nays: None Abstain: Oksuita. Motion carried. Temporary “Class B” Wine and Class “B” Beer Licenses for St. Adalbert Parish Glow Bingo: Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve Temporary “Class B” and Temporary Class “B” license for St. Adalbert Parish Glow Bingo on April 24, 2026. Nays: None. Motion carried. Participation in the Local Government Investment Pool: Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to postpone action until May 2026 meeting. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Town Roads Comments & Concerns: The snow and ice storms and heavy rains have made for challenging clean ups and will take a lot of time to complete. Oksuita mentioned that the fire station was used during the extended power outage and was well utilized. Next Meeting : Annual Meeting will be Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 5:30pm at CWEC. Regular meeting will be Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at Town of Alban Storage Facility at 6:00pm. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to enter into closed session at 6:15 p.m. Town Board entered into Closed Session as allowed by Wis. Stats.19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to enter back into open session at 6:22pm. Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Oksuita to approve wage increases as discussed in closed session. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Adjournment: Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Oksuita to adjourn the meeting at 6:27pm. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried.
