Special exception requests by Rodney and Jennifer Marquette to construct a shed on Parcel 030230727:06.06 which exceeds the maximum accessory building size of 3,200 square feet and exceeds the maximum accessory building height of twenty feet in the R1 - Rural and Urban Fringe Residence Zoning District • Presentation by Rodney and Jennifer Marquette to provide an overview of plans and answer questions • Review and discussion of merits of requests • Review and discussion of conditions recommended by Portage County Planning and Zoning Department staff • Recommendation of approval or denial (including possible conditions) to the Town of Plover Town Board 8.
