TOWN OF PLOVER TOWN BOARD TOWN HALL – 5081 HOOVER AVENUE SOUTH THURSDAY – JUNE 25, 2026 – 6:00 P .M. PUBLIC HEARING Regarding a Proposed Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map A revision to the Future Land Use Map is being recommended by the Town of Plover Plan Commission. This revision is to change the Future Land Use Map designation of 3.971 acres located in the northeast corner of Parcel 030230813-01 from L3 “Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use” to C “Commercial.” In the meeting following the public hearing, the Town Board will consider this amendment to the Comprehensive Plan as well as rezoning this 3.971 acre parcel from A1 to C4 and rezoning the remainder 24.952 acres of this parcel from A1 to A2.
