CITY OF WHITEHALL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE October 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Committee of the Whole Bob Sendelbach, President, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Mayor Hauser; Drew Morelan, Administrator; and Karen Witte, City Clerk-Treasurer The Committee of the Whole met to discuss 2027 Budgets for the Electric Utility, Water Utility, Sewer Utility and General City. With the Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects there are no other planned capital outlay items for those Departments as well as the Electric Utility. Members of the Council then reviewed and discussed possible 2027 capital outlay projects for the City of Whitehall. City staff were asked to look at estimated pricing for the apron at the city garage; Depot maintenance; sidewalk replacements; street replacements; and engineering for future street projects that would require water, sewer and stormwater.
