City of Hartford Police & Fire Commission Minutes for August 19 , 202 6 1. PFC meeting called to order by President Dautermann at 7:00 PM. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Roll Call: Fehr , Dauterman n , Schumacher , and Precord , as well as Alderperson Kirley , and Fire Chief Tony Burgard . 4. M OTION by Precord , seconded by Reinke approving the minutes from the monthly meeting on Ju ly 8 , 202 6 . M OTION carried 5 -0. 5. Public Comment Period. a. There were no public comments. 6. The Commission to review the building plans for proposed Fire Station # 2 and consideration of approval to recommend that the Common Council authorize moving forward with the bidding process. a. Chief Burgard answered some questions and had the Commission review the sets of building plans he provided. MOTION by Reinke , seconded by Fehr to approve the building plans for proposed Fire Station # 2 and recommends that the Common Council authorize moving forward with the bidding process . MOTION carried 5 -0. 7. Motion by Schumacher , second by Dautermann for Adjournment at 7: 39 pm. MOTION carried 5 - 0. Kim T Schumacher , Secretary HPFC
