City of Hartford Police & Fire Commission Minutes for June 1 0 , 202 6 1. PFC meeting called to order by President Dautermann at 7:00 PM. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Roll Call: Reinke , Fehr , Dauterman n , Schumacher , and Precord , as well as Alderperson Kirley , and Police Chief Rich Thickens . 4. M OTION by Fehr , seconded by Reinke approving the minutes from the monthly meeting on Ma y 1 3 , 202 6 . M OTION carried 5 -0. 5. Public Comment Period. a. There were no public comments. 6. The Police and Fire Commission will go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of “ considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. ” The Commission will discuss the disciplinary issues with two officers of the department, and the Commission will also discuss the resignation of an officer and future promotional processes . a. MOTION by Precord, seconded by Schumacher to go into closed session. MOTION carried 5-0. 7. The Commission will reconvene into open session. MOTION by Reinke , seconded by Fehr to return to open session. MOTION carried 5-0. 8. MOTION by Fehr , seconded by Precord for adjournment at 7 :29 pm. M OTION carried 5 -0.
