FINANCE & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE June 9 , 202 6 6: 50 pm PRESENT : Chairperson Rusniak, Members Savage, Webb , and Garza. ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Steve Volkert and City Clerk Shanna Kreilka mp Call to Order – Chairperson Rusniak called the meeting to order at 6: 45 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of Hartford City Hall, 109 North Main Street. Public Comment Period – None. Discussion and consideration of approving Class A, Class B, and Class C Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor licenses for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027 . – City Clerk Kreilkamp advised that there is a conditional renewal for one location and if more details are needed on that incident, please reach out to Chief Thickens or Attorney Prust. Clerk Kreilkamp also mentioned that there is a new Class “ B ” Beer and Clas C Wine application for Tochi Hartford, LLC that has been submitted . MOTION by Alderperson Garza , seconded by Alderperson Savage approving Class A, Class B, and Class C Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor license for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027 . MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY Discussion and consideration of approving cigarette, tobacco, and vaping products and weights and measures licenses for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. – City Clerk Kreilkamp stated the Clerks Department does not have all the applications but will keep collecting them and will advise at the June 23, 202 6 Common Council meeting if any business has not submitted their license applications and materials by then. MOTION by Alderperson Webb , seconded by Alderperson Savage approving cigarette, tobacco, and vaping products and weights and measures licenses for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
